Question about my diet?
Here's my schedule to eat? For breakfast I like blueberry muffins and fat-free cream cheese! Lunch I tuna sandwich, and 1 teaspoon of May and use half a can of tuna and a cheese sandwich (wheat bread). And for dinner I eat Healthy Choice which is only 350 calories. I drink maybe 4 bottles of water or more. I tried to drink as much as possible. When I get hungry I drink water. Also try to get to walking or jogging or do some exercises like 3 times a week! So I'll lose weight doing this every day? I also bought this tea in the Wulong tea time ago supposably that helps you lose weight might try to drink twice a day. DOn't know. But what I'm doing helps me lose weight.? I problems. eat as 600 cal. one day! I'm 22 175. There was only one boy 8 months ago gained 80 pounds lost 30 of it within a week still need to lose the rest. What you think ??!!!
You lose weight, but I agree that you are not eating enough calories. I want to add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Still lose weight, but we will add valuable nutrients and healtier will be easier to continue with their schedule if they get hungry. The only problem I see with eating 600calories one day is that you may be able to do it for a while, but then your body is going to want more than not getting and they might slip up and eat large amounts food to compensate for what they are missing. I'm doing Weight Watchers and so far has worked for me because it makes you aware of what you eat. Good Luck
